Registration:
All families, new and existing, need to fill out registration forms in their entirety. The forms can be downloaded and printed here. The district is using a new student/parent communication system so it is important that District 50 have complete and accurate information. Please check with your individual school for registration dates and hours. On- site registration will take place the week of August 9. If you are new to the district, you can register now at the District 50 Welcome Center at 72nd and Lowell. The center is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Students need to provide:
Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Proof of Residency
